REFORMER PILATES

  • Pilates caters for all ages from beginner to advanced level.
  • Each class has a maximum of 4 participants ONLY to ensure the instructor to participant ratio will facilitate correct form and personalised attention.
  • 7 classes per wk (AM and PM) available to choose from in our boutique studio

Pilates Group Classes

Our group Pilates classes are a fun and supportive way to get fit and improve your Pilates practice. We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, so you can find a class that is right for you. Our experienced and certified Pilates instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention and support to help you reach your goals.

Private Pilates Sessions

Our private Pilates sessions are perfect for anyone looking for individualized attention and support. In these sessions, you’ll work one-on-one with an experienced and certified Pilates instructor who will tailor the workout to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve your form, or simply want to take your practice to the next level, our private Pilates sessions are a great option.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Our Pilates reformer classes use specialized equipment to help you achieve a deeper, more challenging Pilates workout. The reformer provides resistance and support, allowing you to target specific muscle groups and achieve greater range of motion. Our certified Pilates instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention and support to help you reach your goals. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer  MAT Pilates.

Pilates for Rehabilitation

Pilates is a great way to recover from an injury and prevent future injuries. Our Pilates for injury rehabilitation program is designed to help you recover from an injury or surgery and get back to your regular activities. Our experienced and certified Pilates instructors will work with you and your healthcare provider to develop a personalized rehabilitation program that targets your specific needs.

At our Pilates studio, we believe in providing our clients with the highest level of attention and support. That’s why we offer one-on-one Pilates sessions exclusively.

Prenatal Pilates

Prenatal Pilates is a safe and effective way to stay active during pregnancy. Our certified Pilates instructors are trained to modify exercises and adapt the workout to suit the needs of pregnant women. Prenatal Pilates can help you maintain core strength, improve flexibility, and reduce discomfort associated with pregnancy. It can also help prepare your body for labor and delivery. Our Prenatal Pilates classes are designed to support and empower expectant mothers in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our Prenatal Pilates classes are a great way to stay active and healthy throughout your pregnancy.

AUTUMN MEMBERSHIP DEALS
*TRY 4 CLASSES FOR $90 (MUST USE WITH IN A MONTH)

Monthly Packages:
1. $90 monthly limit to 1 class per week.
2. $150 monthly limit to 2 classes max per week (Savings of $50 total)

Casual Classes Packages:
1. $115 for 5 sessions. (2 Months expiry)
2. $225 for 10 sessions. (3 Months expiry)
3. $310 for 15 sessions. (6 Months expiry)

Walk-in Classes:
Walk in or book anytime via phone call or online.
$25 per class.

Conditions:

  • Mother’s Day Deal – You must pay full casual rate to be eligible for free entry for your mother. Not conjunction with any other package deal or offer.
  • VALIDITY – All Package validity needs to be used by the expiry date (expiry date is set from the date of first class attended). Any unused money will not be refunded when the package deal expires.
  • CANCELLATIONS – any cancellation within 12 hours will attract a $20 cancellation fee. (If a package deal the money will be deducted from the Credit) NOTE: We send SMS reminders 24 hrs prior to all sessions to enable you to reply if you are unable to attend enabling you to book into another class (prior to your package expiry date only).
  • NON ATTENDANCE without any notification for any class will forfeit full amount.
  • TRIAL CLASSES are available for new Pilates members only.
  • PVT HEALTH INSURANCE claim can be made on the date of your appointment and any money received will be added as a credit.

Laura is a former professional dancer, acrobat and stunt woman.Initially Laura began Pilates to help rehabilitate her injuries. After experiencing all the other benefits Pilates had to offer, it seemed only natural for her to become an instructor to help guide and support others on their Pilates journey.

Laura is also a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor & Sports Nutritionist. She is passionate about all aspects of health and fitness and believes a holistic approach to wellness is essential today in our busy lives.Laura teaches full-body and specialised classes with an emphasis on correct technique.
