Pascal is the principal Physiotherapist and has a passion for sport and their associated injuries.
Pascal has expereinced most sporting injuries himself over his many years playing rugby, cricket, water polo and representing Australia in dodgeball. Graduated from Syd Univ with exceptional grades, he went on to complete his first year clinical new grad rotation at RPA and currently completing his sports physio masters degree at La Trobe university. Pascal is also an advocate for equal opportunity through the NDIS scheme in sydney and the central coast
Laura is a former professional dancer, acrobat and stunt woman
Laura began Pilates to help rehabilitate her injuries. After experiencing all the other benefits Pilates had to offer, it seemed only natural for her to become an instructor to help guide and support others on their Pilates journey.
Laura is also a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor & Sports Nutritionist. She is passionate about all aspects of health and fitness and believes a holistic approach to wellness is essential today in our busy lives.
Laura teaches full-body and specialised classes with an emphasis on correct technique.
Sandra has been with us for over 18 years as a Practice Manager. Sandra brings many years of experience in medical office management.
Nicole is an experienced and popular massage practitioner incorporating remedial, relaxation, sports therapies,
myofascial release and trigger point therapy skills. Nicole is also qualified for the specific requirements of pregnancy, lymphatics and oncology clients. Hot Stone massage is now available.
Miriam is experienced and certified Physiotherapist.Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) Newcastle in Musculoskeletal.
Miriam has a special interest in the jaw, neck, knee and hydrotherapy.
